March, 2010: Two pieces, Winter III and Winter IV selected for purchase by the Nova Scotia Art Bank, Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage.

 

November, 2009: Elizabeth Greenshields Memorial Foundation Grant

 

November,2009: Pendulum Gallery, Vancouver, BC—a solo, public exhibition of recent portraits and landscapes.

 

September. 2009: Marsh Gallery, Annapolis Royal, NS—a one-man show to introduce Michael and his work to the Nova Scotia art scene.

 

August 22nd-September 11th, 2008: Prints and Printmakers, Steffich Fine Art, Salt Spring Island, BC—30 new monoprints, linocuts and mixed media original prints alongside a display of 40 original international historic prints from Michael’s own collection of etchings, lithographs and woodcuts.
